Index ≈ ×1.12 to ×1.34 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate from US Part 135 charter operators (Paramount, Monarch Air, Mercury Jets all quote ~$1,200/hr; Aircraft Cost Calculator notes ~$1,000-$1,600/hr range). BR figure is NOT Meridian-specific: no operator publishes a per-hour Meridian rate for Brazil. Estimated from Flapper generic single-engine turboprop route pricing (e.g. Brasilia-Sao Paulo R$54k-65k/leg, ~1.4-1.6h) converted at ~R$5.4/USD; treat as rough turboprop-class proxy, not a confirmed Meridian quote.
Pre-owned acquisition based on Aircraft Bluebook avg retail (AvBuyer price guide, updated 22 May 2025: 2001 ~$0.60M low-year to 2015 $1.50M; 2011 $1.15M / 2012 $1.20M / 2013 $1.30M / 2014 $1.40M) cross-checked against live asking listings: 2003 $915k (Controller, 1450h), 2006 $1.275M (AvBuyer, 2160h), 2008 $1.57M ex-VAT (AvBuyer, 2976h), 2012 $1.27M (Controller, 1330h), 2013 up to $1.923M (AirCraft24), 2014 $1.299M-$1.63M. PlanePHD PAPI estimate $1,156,893 (1 Mar 2026). Controller marketplace spread ~$895k-$1.9M across 23 listings; median set at $1.2M, max at top real asking ($1.9M). DOC ~$950/hr variable per widely-cited operating-cost figures and Aircraft Cost Calculator 450hr-scenario variable ($405k-$465k/yr); low-utilization ACC sheet shows $544/hr at only 61.5hr/yr. Charter ~$1,000-$1,600/hr (Paramount/Monarch/Mercury $1,200/hr typical). Researched 2026-06-04/05.

Piper Meridian PA-46-500TP (2000-2014), primeiro turboélice da família PA-46, motor PT6A-42A 500shp, fuselagem pressurizada do Malibu. Predecessor direto do M500 (2014+).
How much runway the Meridian PA-46-500TP needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
No mandatory factoring: fits 454 of 465 Brazilian public runways.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.
Typical factory configuration (curated data). The drawing below is schematic and at approximate scale; the actual layout varies by interior and year.

Piper Meridian PA-46-500TP (2000-2014), frota BR estimada 5-10 unidades operacionais, perfil owner-pilot, fazenda. Predecessor do Piper M500. Mercado pre-owned: US$ 1.3-2M.
