How to request

Send an email to our data protection officer (DPO) with the following information:

Type of request (use one of the codes above: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection)
Identification: full name + CPF (individual taxpayer ID) or company name + CNPJ (company taxpayer ID)
URL or registration number of the page/aircraft in question (ex: PR-XYZ or full link))
Description clearly stating what you are requesting
Proof of identity proportional to the request: in general, confirmation via the registered email is enough; for the removal of a third party's personal data we may request an identification document (or articles of association/power of attorney for a legal entity). We ask only for what is necessary to avoid acting on a fraudulent request.

Response within 15 days pursuant to art. 19 of the LGPD

Legal basis

Public data from the RAB/ANAC registry and Receita Federal, processed under legitimate interest and informational purpose; removal requests are answered within 15 days.

Common cases

I am an individual owner and do not want my name displayed▾

Request of type deletion. We will mask your name and address, only the aircraft registration number will remain public (required by the RAB). We handle this as a priority, always within the legal deadline of 15 days (art. 19).

I sold the aircraft but still appear as the owner▾

Check whether the transfer of ownership has already been processed in the RAB ANAC. Our database syncs with the RAB daily, if ANAC has already updated it, the page will be updated on the next sync. Otherwise, send proof of transfer via type correction.

My company's data is incorrect▾

Send type correction with a corporate document and the correct data. We update it manually as soon as possible, observing the legal deadline of 15 days (art. 19).

I want to remove an aircraft from the catalog▾

The catalog is by model (e.g. 'Phenom 300'), not by individual aircraft. Specific aircraft appear in the operators section and can be removed via type deletion.

This form is the official channel. Requests through other channels (DM, phone) will not be processed, in order to ensure an auditable record as required by the LGPD.
