Index ≈ ×1.06 to ×1.28 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate is a tight cluster across US operators: Paramount/Jet Finder avg $4,450, The Jet Finder/Mercury/AirCharterAdvisors $3,600-$5,500 (light-jet wet rate incl crew+fuel, excl FET/positioning). BR figure is a DERIVED PROXY: Flapper does not publish a Learjet 75 line item; their 2026 charter explainer cites light/midsize jet hourly bands that map to ~US$4,000-6,500/hr in-country (Brazil typically runs above US wet rates due to fuel/positioning). Treat BR as approximate.
Pre-owned acquisition triangulated from live listings + valuation guides (accessed 2026-06): GlobalAir (5 listings, priced examples $3.995M-$6.05M, both 2014), AvBuyer (cited market range $3.495M-$8.595M; 2017/2018 units 'make offer'), planephd PAPI estimate $4,188,062 (Mar 1 2026, fleet 2013-2019), Corporate Jet Investor buyers guide (list $13.8M new, ~12.5%/yr depreciation, Mar-2018 avg asking $6.7M, 2015 retail ~$7.2M=52% of list). Median anchored to planephd PAPI + live low/mid cluster, nudged up slightly for newer 2017-2020 G5000 examples. Within light category band (1-15M). DOC variable/hr from planephd $2,249, aircraftcostcalculator ~$2,005, evoJets ~$2,000, CJI $1,903 -> ~$2,100 representative.

How much runway the Learjet 75 needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
Dispatches under charter rules at 245 of 465 Brazilian public runways when dry, and at 147 when wet.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.
