Index ≈ ×1.06 to ×1.29 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate from aircharteradvisors ($3,500-4,600/hr; start ~$3,750, avg ~$4,450). BR per-hour is DERIVED, not a published LR70 quote: Flapper lists light jets (e.g. Learjet 45) on a per-km/per-route model (from ~R$64,680 short routes); converting typical BR light-jet block rates (~R$30-40k/hr at ~R$5.4/USD) yields ~$5,500-7,500/hr. Treat BR figure as an estimate.
Pre-owned light jet, produced 2013-2017, discontinued (Learjet program ended 2021). Median anchored on planephd PAPI estimate $4,188,062 (as of 2026-03-01), a live Controller.com listing at $4,395,000, and privatejetforsale current-market range ~$3-4.5M (2025). Max reflects low-time 2016 example listed $5,795,000 (sale pending) plus published broad highs ($6-7M). Most current listings are 'call for price'. Older valuations (2013 $5.2M / 2015 $6.2M) reflect a stronger pre-2024 market and were not used as current anchors. How much runway the Learjet 70 needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
Dispatches under charter rules at 245 of 465 Brazilian public runways when dry, and at 147 when wet.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.

Estimativa preliminar, Learjet 70 modernizado.
Learjet 70 (2013-2017) é variante modernizada com winglets e aviônica Pro Line 21. Frota BR estimada 1-2 aeronaves. Mercado pre-owned: US$ 4-6M.

As diferencas sao avionica G5000, motores -40BR (vs -20AR) e winglets canted otimizadas.
