Index ≈ ×1.15 to ×1.37 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World per-hour from multiple operator pages: $4,000-$6,500 (TheJetFinder), $5,000-$7,000 (Jetvia), $6,400-$8,400 (Mercury Jets), ~$4,500 avg (Paramount); consolidated band [4500,7000]. BR per-hour not published per-source; [5500,8500] is a proxy estimate (BR charter typically runs above US rates) and is not from a direct Brazilian quote.
Discontinued midsize (1993-2007). Pre-owned market trades well below the generic midsize sanity floor due to age/high time. Anchors: Bluebook Summer 2024 1993=$1.47M to 2003=$2.37M; VREF 1993=$1.15M to 2004=$2.4M and 60SE 2004-2007 retail $2.5M-$2.7M; AeroClassifieds market range $895K-$3M; live askings 1993 $1.095M, 1995 $1.995M (aircraftforsale.com), Controller market avg $3.42M blends in newer 60XR so excluded from base-model max. How much runway the Learjet 60 needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
Dispatches under charter rules at 82 of 465 Brazilian public runways when dry, and at 51 when wet.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.

Detailed variants pending.
Learjet 60 / 60XR (Bombardier midsize, 1993-2012), frota BR estimada 4-8 aeronaves operacionais, perfil charter mid-tier e holdings históricas.
