Index ≈ ×1.07 to ×1.36 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate US$2,500/hr per Paramount Business Jets (single published point, used for both lo/hi). No Brazil-specific Bell 412 charter rate found on Flapper or BR operators as of 2026-06-04; br range left at 0/0 (no data).
Acquisition values for the 1981-1989 vintage (original 412 + 412SP) anchored to Aircraft Bluebook spring-2021 data cited via AvBuyer/Controller guides: original 412 ~US$1.5M (1981) to ~US$1.9M (1987), 412SP era ~US$1.9M. Live inventory (AvBuyer, accessed 2026-06-04) shows almost no 1980s airframes trading publicly (one 1988 412SP in Peru and one undated standard 412, both 'make offer'); most listings are 412EP/EPi from the 2000s+ priced US$2.9M-9.6M. These 40+yr-old airframes sit below the heli_heavy_turbine US$3M floor, which reflects modern EP/EPi; hence limited_data. price_new_usd = current-production 412EPi catalog MSRP US$10.4M (FlyingMag launch report, verified 2026-06-05); newer 412EPX unit cost reported US$14.5-16M (Wikipedia, 2022-23). doc_usd_per_hour = US$1,487/hr direct/variable operating cost (412EPi class); verifiable operating-cost anchor is the Aircraft Cost Calculator total operating (incl. allocated fixed) for 412SP ~US$3,843/hr (300 hr/yr, $7/gal), of which fuel/variable is the ~US$1.5k/hr-scale component.
Bell e SUBARU (ex-Fuji Heavy Industries, Japão) operam joint-venture desde 1962, SUBARU/SUMO produz versão Subaru Bell 412EPX em planta no Japão sob licença Bell.
Mercado pre-owned: US$ 2-4M (1981-2010).

Marinha do Brasil opera UH-15 (versão H225M) e Exército HM-3 (Black Hawk). Fora do Brasil, 412 dominou SAR canadense (CH-146 Griffon), militar mexicano e aviação policial estatal americana.
