Index ≈ ×1.10 to ×1.34 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World ~$3,350/h cited for EC130/T2 across multiple charter brokers. BR estimated from Flapper data: single-turbine AS350 ~US$1,800/h (May 2020) and twin EC145 ~US$4,000/h; EC130 B4 sits between, range widened for inflation/route minimums.
Estimativa preliminar, predecessor B4.
EC130 B4 (2001-2010, motor Arriel 2B1), frota BR de transição pro H130 T2. Estimativa 15-25 unidades operacionais. Operadores típicos similar ao H130, turismo + UHNW. Mercado pre-owned: US$ 2.0-3.0M.

Outros operadores grandes: Papillon (USA), Blue Hawaiian (Hawaii), Helisul (Cataratas Iguaçu, Brasil).
