Index ≈ ×1.08 to ×1.30 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World range from Air Charter Advisors ($3,150-$4,300/hr); Paramount Business Jets quotes ~$3,750/hr (within range). BR estimated: Flapper cites overall charter spectrum US$2,200/hr (turboprop) to US$11,000/hr (large jet); light jets sit lower-mid, BR rates run above US, Learjet 45 (sister type) charter starts ~R$64,680. BR band is an estimate, not a published per-hour quote for the 40XR specifically.

How much runway the Learjet 40 XR needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
Dispatches under charter rules at 218 of 465 Brazilian public runways when dry, and at 117 when wet.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.

Detailed variants pending.
Estimativa preliminar, Learjet 40XR.
Learjet 40XR (light jet, 2005-2012) é o sucessor do 31 com aviônica Pro Line 21. Frota BR estimada 1-3 aeronaves operacionais. Mercado pre-owned: US$ 1.5-3M.

The Learjet 40 XR is out of production, so there is no factory price. On the used market the median is around US$ 2.3M, varying with year and flight hours; see real listings on this model's Market tab.
The maximum range is 1700 nm (1.700 NM · 3.148 km).
Cruise speed is 464 kt, equivalent to 859 km/h, or Mach 0.81.
The Learjet 40 XR seats up to 7 passengers, crew not included.
There are 19 units registered in the RAB-ANAC (data as of 9/22/2026). The Learjet 45 XR family (2 variants) totals 92 units.
18 distinct operators operate 19 units of the Learjet 40 XR in the RAB-ANAC: 6 in air taxi (RBAC 135) and 13 in private operation (RBAC 91), concentrated in SP, MG and RS (data as of 9/22/2026). Name, fleet and base of each operator are on this model's Analytics tab and in the operators directory.
Jet Tracker estimate: about US$ 3,822 per flight hour at 400 h/year, of which US$ 2,601 per hour is variable cost (fuel, engine program, maintenance reserves) plus US$ 488,450 per year of fixed cost (crew, hangar, insurance), under Jet Tracker's default assumptions (Southeast Brazil, in-house crew, 400 h/year).
