A brand-new example starts at US$ 71.0M. In Brazil the Gulfstream G650 family (2 variants) has 17 units registered in the RAB-ANAC. There are 14 aircraft from this family for sale today, across 19 listings on the portals Jet Tracker tracks (global market, not Brazil only).
Source: RAB-ANAC (data as of 9/22/2026) and Jet Tracker catalog (spec sheet reviewed on 9/6/2026).
Index ≈ ×1.04 to ×1.26 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate US$10,900-US$15,000/hr (Paramount Business Jets ~US$13,000/hr avg; multiple brokers US$10,900-US$15,000). BR band is wide and approximate: Flapper quotes ~R$3.6M for a single ~22h GRU(Guarulhos)-Beijing ultra-long charter, which implies roughly US$13k-US$29k/hr depending on FX (~R$5.3/USD) and how repositioning/positioning legs are amortized; no clean published BR hourly rate found.
Pre-owned acquisition anchored on Corporate Jet Investor Buyer's Guide (avg asking US$35.6M, list/new US$70.5M, as of 2025-06-30) and Aircraft Bluebook Summer 2024 (avg retail US$34M for 2012 build up to US$58M for 2023 build, via globalair/avbuyer guidance). Aggregate broker average ~US$44.85M with observed asking/sold range US$33M-US$65M (BlackJet/AvBuyer/Controller summaries). Most live listings (GlobalAir, AvBuyer, Controller) were 'call for price'/'make offer' so range derives from published market values, not raw asks. doc_usd_per_hour is a mid-point variable/direct estimate; published figures span US$3,463/hr (planephd, fuel @US$4.90/gal, 2014) to ~US$7,773/hr (aircraftcostcalculator), with others ~US$4,123-US$4,400/hr.
How much runway the Gulfstream G650 ER needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
Dispatches under charter rules at 71 of 465 Brazilian public runways when dry, and at 71 when wet.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.
Typical factory configuration (curated data). The drawing below is schematic and at approximate scale; the actual layout varies by interior and year.
Detailed variants pending.
Múltiplos records subsequentes confirmaram capability real-world além das specs publicadas, comprovando confiabilidade ULR.
Variante extended-range em produção.
Gulfstream G650ER (2014-presente) é a versão long-range do G650, alcance 7.500 nm, mesmo Mach 0.925. Frota BR estimada 2-4 aeronaves operacionais. Mercado novo ~US$ 70M. Operadores top-tier UHNW.
Full analysis: listing, mark reservations, charts and change log in the ANAC Monitor.
A new Gulfstream G650 ER starts at US$ 71.0M (factory price). On the used market the value varies with year and flight hours; see real listings on this model's Market tab.
The maximum range is 7500 nm (7.500 NM · 13.890 km).
Cruise speed is 488 kt, equivalent to 904 km/h, or Mach 0.925.
The Gulfstream G650 ER seats up to 18 passengers, crew not included.
The Gulfstream G650 ER has no separate registration of its own in the RAB-ANAC: the registry matches the base model. The Gulfstream G650 family (2 variants) totals 17 units (data as of 9/22/2026).
12 distinct operators operate 12 units of the Gulfstream G650 in the RAB-ANAC: 1 in air taxi (RBAC 135) and 11 in private operation (RBAC 91), concentrated in SP, ES and PI (data as of 9/22/2026). Another 4 units are under registration reservation (tail number reserved, not yet operating). Name, fleet and base of each operator are on this model's Analytics tab and in the operators directory.
Jet Tracker estimate: about US$ 9,483 per flight hour at 400 h/year, of which US$ 5,687 per hour is variable cost (fuel, engine program, maintenance reserves) plus US$ 1,518,269 per year of fixed cost (crew, hangar, insurance), under Jet Tracker's default assumptions (Southeast Brazil, in-house crew, 400 h/year).
