Index ≈ ×1.06 to ×1.29 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World: operator quotes (Paramount Business Jets, Mercury Jets, evoJets) center ~$3,350/hr, range $3,000-4,000/hr for the CJ2/CJ2+. Brazil: Flapper guidance for light jets (jato leve, Citation class) R$8,000-20,000/hr; converted at ~R$5.4/USD = ~$1,480-3,700/hr. BR figure is category-level (not CJ2+ specific listing).
Pre-owned light jet (prod. 2005-2016, discontinued). Asking spread Jun 2026: GlobalAir 5 listings $3.65M-$3.985M; Controller market data $3.25M-$4.095M; The Jet Agent Aug-2025 report: asking $3.8M-$4.695M, 8 sold in trailing 6mo at $3.6M-$4.1M (17 for sale). Aircraft Bluebook Summer-2024 (via AvBuyer/BusinessAir): $3.75M for a 2005 to $5.65M for a 2015. Median ~$4.0M reflects clustering of recent sold comps; min from Controller low ask, max from Bluebook latest-vintage. DOC variable ~$2.0-2.4k/hr across aviacost (CJ2+ $2,379 @151gal/hr) and CJ2 itemized breakdown ($2,091/hr: fuel $831 + airframe mx $455 + engine $550 + other $255); ~$2,100 used as conservative midpoint.

How much runway the Citation CJ2+ needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
No mandatory factoring: fits 394 of 465 Brazilian public runways.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.

Detailed variants pending.
Mercado pre-owned: US$ 2.5-3.8M (2006-2017). Compete com pre-owned CJ3 e Phenom 100 no entry-level.
Full analysis: listing, mark reservations, charts and change log in the ANAC Monitor.
Sao raros: ~30 unidades CJ2+ G3000 globalmente, hoje cotacao premium no usado.
