Index ≈ ×1.12 to ×1.37 on the aircraft value, already with ferry, ANAC nationalization and ICMS.
Market estimate: value + ferry + ANAC nationalization + ICMS, no legal review. Federal taxes (II/IPI/PIS/COFINS) ~0% for aircraft (NCM 88.02); the weight is the state ICMS, higher for private use.
Operate = direct cost/hour (fuel + maintenance + engine); excludes fixed costs (hangar, crew, insurance). World rate clusters US$2,500-2,900/hr (Paramount Business Jets avg ~US$2,800; multiple brokers cite US$2,500-2,810). Brazil: Flapper indicates light jets (incl. Citation) at R$8,000-20,000/hr; converted at ~R$5.3/USD = ~US$1,500-3,800/hr. BR figure is a category proxy (light jet), not a CJ1-specific published rate.
Pre-owned acquisition anchored on planephd PAPI price estimate (as of Mar 1, 2026) of US$1,586,274 for the 2000-2005 CJ1/525 and aviacost average pre-owned of US$1,772,807; median set at ~US$1.6M. Low end ~US$900k reflects older high-time CitationJet 525 airframes cited as market low across AvBuyer/aviacost; high end ~US$2.0M reflects a low-time 2004 CJ1 (FlyingMag profiled a 2000 CJ1 asking US$1.9M). Range excludes the newer CJ1+ (2005+) which asks US$2.375M-2.5M. Most pure-CJ1 listings on GlobalAir, Liberty Jet and AvBuyer were make-offer/please-call (no public number) on this date. Variable direct operating cost ~US$1,800/hr is a midpoint between planephd (US$1,307/hr, 116 gal/hr) and aviacost (US$2,156/hr, 133 gal/hr). Research date 2026-06-04.

Citation CJ1 / CitationJet original (1993-2005), primeiro twin-jet entry-level Cessna single-pilot, motores FJ44-1A, range 1.300nm. Substituído pelo CJ1+ (2005-2010).
How much runway the Citation CitationJet/CJ1 needs to dispatch: the manual figure and what the charter (RBAC 135) rule requires.
No mandatory factoring: fits 419 of 465 Brazilian public runways.
Verdict per regime (private, charter dry and wet) across 465 Brazilian public runways, with the margin in meters.
Pro feature. Available on your Jet Tracker account.
Manufacturer-published distances at sea level, ISA and reference weight. Not corrected for altitude, temperature, wind or runway condition, takeoff included. Uses the declared LDA as a proxy for effective runway length (RBAC 135.361) and the most favourable threshold in calm air (135.385(b)(1)): on the day, wind may force the shorter threshold. Destination only: does not assess the alternate aerodrome (135.387). Not a substitute for the AFM or the operator's performance analysis. Rule: RBAC 135.385 and 135.398; private flying (RBAC 91) is not factored. Runways: declared distance (LDA) from AISWEB/DECEA (2026-09-05), checkable on each aerodrome chart; where DECEA publishes no declared distance, physical length from OurAirports is used.

Diferenciais: single-pilot certification (decisivo pra owner-pilots), motor Williams FJ44-1A (TBO 4.000h, custo TAP baixo), pista curta 3.250 ft. Cabine apertada (1,45m altura, 3,40m comprimento), voos 4 pax curtos/médios.
Mercado de usados: US$ 1.2-2M (1993-2000), US$ 1.5-2.5M (2000-2005).
Full analysis: listing, mark reservations, charts and change log in the ANAC Monitor.
